Upon receipt of tuber package buyer agrees to open package and inspect tubers to ensure order has not been damaged in transit. If there has been a problem with shipping or an issue with a tuber, buyer agrees to contact seller within ten (10) days of receipt of package to either receive a new tuber or a refund. Any requests submitted more than ten (10) days after receipt of package will be dealt with at the discretion of the seller. In the event of a problem with storage prior to shipping seller agrees to contact buyer with options of refund of original tuber price or substitution with a different tuber variety, to be completed at the request of the buyer in a timely manner. If buyer does not respond to seller prior to shipping a refund will be issued for the tuber in question. No refunds or replacements will be issued without pictures.
Lastly, we want to say thank you for your interest in our small family farm. We as sellers agree to strive to offer our best tubers to our customers. In return we ask that you be courteous and allow us time to respond to emails, package orders, etc. It is never our intention to miss something but we are human and ask for grace in that regard.
*As most growers know all tubers look different and every variety grows differently. Some will have long necks, obvious crowns, and huge eyes. Others will have short pudgy necks that appear to have eyes directly on the tuber. If you are questioning the presence of an eye on your tuber we recommend taking a picture upon receipt and sending us an email with the pictures and your order number so we are aware of your concern. We then recommend potting up your tuber and allowing it time to wake up in a warm environment. If your tuber does not wake up in a timely manner we recommend reaching out on the same email thread so we can make things right!
